We can do molding and production according to client's drawings. Meanwhile we also specialize in customization.
We provide fast molding service which takes 2~3 working days. Upon client's brief, our engineer will propose our design or solution. After client's validation on drawings, we will make sample mold for further validation.
We use resin material to produce sample mold to save time and cost, and aluminum material to produce mass production mold.
We have in-house NC machining center, to produce sample mold and mass production mold.

A: Generally, it takes 3 working days to finish the design job. The detailed dimensions of the target component, important points of protection and usage of tray is essential for design.
