Main Features

The printing machine is generally composed of plate loading, inking, embossing, paper feeding (including folding) and other mechanisms. The printing color quantity is 9 colors and the roll mateial width is 1000mm. The closed loop tension control system makes the printing tension more stable and the overprint more accurate. The front and back can be printed continuously at one time. The 3D adjustable scraping device with dual-axis and dual-cylinder scrapers can adapt to multiple plates in different diameter and to any printing production with different technologies and processes. It is euqipped with vertical & horizontal automatically color-registering as well as highly precise pre-registration which can rapidly correct the error while registering. The meter can set the printing quantity according to the requirements, and stop automatically when the quantity reaches or when the material is cut off. The printing machine is suitable to hot wind drying oven with multiple types of hot source. And it has a separate exhaust fan directly exhausting gases to the main exhausting duct, which makes low residual solvent and high-efficient drying effect. It is mainly suitable for those BOPP, CPP, PET, PVC, Nylon, PE film, aluminum foil, roll paper, etc.
